The usual reasons are down to:

• Actions of virus or spyware
• Hardware failure

Our services cover hardware and software faults, including the removal of computer Viruses, Trojans, Spy and Malware. We back up your data, clean it thoroughly and reinstall it onto your machine.

We carry a range of spares but there can be issues where you need for instance to install ’matched memory’. Druid Services have excellent contacts in the industry and can usually resolve compatibility issues.

All new parts are covered by a 12 month warranty.

Laptop Repairs

We offer both software and hardware repairs to most makes of laptops, software issues are readily resolved either on site or in our workshop. Hardware problems are dealt with at a workshop in Crawley.

The major problem with Laptops is sourcing parts. For hardware problems we do stress that they can, on rare occasions, take up to 21 days. If there are issues either concerning availability or cost we will advise you before commencing any repair.
